Foreword // The Purpose of a Ministry of Information
Some might say that the city doesn’t need a ministry of information because we have a City Administrator who can do public appearances and hold political speeches, but to establish a truth inside the Citizenry is a difficult task. One must make everyone in the room feel like they are the odd one out, make them feel like they must conform to the norms that we, the combine, have places. This is where the Ministry of Information comes into the picture, for we are not the Ministry of Labour producing goods for consumption, The Ministry of Health producing healthy citizens. The Ministry of Information produces truths, and truths are a powerful truth, for all cells inside a body must work in harmony or it grows into a cancer.

The different tasks & hierarchy of the Ministry of Information
The Ministry of Information works in the abstract realm of art and innovation, meaning that the different positions inside it are very loose and limited. Here are a couple of examples of the work that the Ministry of Information associates itself with:

Influencing

The Ministry of Information may employ well-liked citizens of high social standard to act as Civil Ambassadors, influencing the population from within.

Radio Broadcasts

“Goodmorning City, you’re listening to Ascension Radio with your host, Spencer Rose.” The Ministry of Information also runs a weekly radio show with great music and an even greater host.
